The National Postal Museum decided to begin collecting stories from postal employees past and current, and contracted with CHNM to develop a website that would convey a sense of community and show a friendly face to encourage contributions. To convey inclusiveness across the postal service, the client specifically forbade use of stamp visual motifs. Working with a front-end developer, the site was developed in Omeka, an open-source CMS, and launched in fall 2012.
